The laboratory will then receive by email an application and registration form as well as a questionnaire related to its activities in the environmental field.
The following information documents will also be enclosed: general information, technical description, the statutes and the internal rules of the Association.

The application and registration form as well as the questionnaire have to be filled in and returned exclusively by email.

Any new application is reviewed by the Executive Committee. Within 15 days, the decision will be notified to the laboratory. It will be mentioned whether the laboratory is going to be considered as an active or associate member of the Association. A file number is then assigned to the laboratory.

The representative appointed by the laboratory receives an acknowledgement of receipt for the application and registration. This document certifies the laboratory participates in some programmes of the scheme. He also receives the invoices.

Each supervisor receives a customized schedule as well as the instructions to follow for a smooth conduct of the tests.

Members undertake to respect the Statutes and the Internal Rules of the Association, especially regarding the non-communication of their test results before the test report is issued, with the confidentiality agreement.

Members undertake to pay their registration and participation fees (related to the implementation of proficiency tests) without causing any fees for AGLAE (no promissory note, no bank transfer fees…)
