AGLAE provides proficiency tests for cosmetic products under our accreditation scope:

- 'Challenge test': laboratories carry out preservation efficacy tests

- 'Aerobic mesophilic bacteria and yeast/mould in cosmeticss' (enumeration) 

- 'Specified micro-organisms' (detection)

These proficiency tests enable microbiological analysis providers and cosmetics manufacturers to assess their performance and consider areas for improvement where necessary.
