Description of the programme


These interlaboratory comparisons (AGLAE's programme ‘1C’) in surface waters enable to meet the requirements of:

  • accreditation scopes related to physico-chemical analyses in waters (check AGLAE's accreditation Cofrac No. 1-1664)
  • approvals issued by Departments of environment

Chlorophyll a and pheopigments index: after extraction, measurement of the absorbance by molecular absorption spectrometry then calculation of the concentrations using the LORENZEN or the SCOR-UNESCO equation
